More than just a brand.
Tailored By Hessini has its roots firmly planted in Lesotho. Our unique and bold designs celebrate the proud heritage of the people in the mountain kingdom. Seshoeshoe fabric, proudly named after King Moshoeshoe I, is the fabric of choice at TBH (Tailored By Hessini). We merge tradition with business by creating exclusive garments to be worn at the office as well as to grand occasions.

Policies at Tailored By Hessini
Things You Need to Know
At Tailored By Hessini, we’re dedicated to giving our customers an outstanding experiance. Please take note of our policies. (The T&C's are very important. We wont be long.)
1. We currently do not have readily made stock. All our garments and accessories are made for order.
2. A mandatory, non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start your order.
3. Production time takes between 3-5 working days.
4. Delivery of your garment(s) takes between 3-5 working days.
5. Emergency orders will be charged at an extra R350. (Emergency orders are orders that are due for production and delivery within 5 days.)
6. All our garments and accessories are hand crafted. By so saying; variances to the original design may occur.
7. When placing an order:
- measurements should be in centimetres.
- proof of payment should be submitted either to our whatsapp number (+27731028834) or via e-mail to info@byhessini.com.
- ensure that the delivery address given is correct. We deliver your garment(s) to your door/office.
8. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please allow us to rectify the mistakes. You will be required to send back the order and we will alter/replace it. Should this not be satisfactory, we will reimburse your 50% of the total cost of the order (-delivery costs.)
